Peach
The peach is a native deciduous tree native to the Northwest China region between the northern slopes of the Kunlun Mountains and the Tarim Basin. It was first domesticated and cultivated in these regions. It is known for its edible succulents with a variety of characteristics known as "peaches" and the glossy-skinned variety "nectarines".
Peach is a rich source of potassium, vitamin A, beta-carotene and vitamin C (ascorbic acid). It also contains other important vitamins such as vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol), vitamin K (phylloquinone), vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B-6 and folate.
These nutrients support the body's overall health. Potassium is important for nerve conduction and muscle function. Vitamin A and beta-carotene are beneficial for eye health and strengthen the immune system. Vitamin C has antioxidant properties and prevents cellular damage by fighting free radicals in the body. Other B vitamins are necessary for metabolism and energy production.
Peach is a preferred option as a delicious fruit that supports a healthy lifestyle with its rich nutritional profile.
